If you’re dissatisfied with an item and it is unworn, we will fix it. Our goal is to make you happy. We’ll give you a refund, or you can exchange it for something else, whichever you prefer. All sales are final after 30 days from purchase. You can’t buy an outfit with the intent of wearing it for an event and then ask for a refund. That’s not a nice thing to do. We’re nice people here.

Purchaser must call (866) My-Sofis for a refund authorization code. Packages without this code written on the box will be refused delivery. Please remember to put an instructions note in the return box so we will know what to do with it once it arrives here.

Sorry, but we can not refund your money for an item for the following reasons: you mud wrestled in it, tore it while holding up a convenience store, fought a battle in it, were stabbed in a sword fight, left it in the picnic cooler for a month, washed your dragon in it, polished your armor with it, barfed or spilled food on it, let your dog wear it around the neighborhood, painted your house in it, or wore it in a renaissance festival. If you can think of anything else we missed, e-mail us with your suggestion.

Before we offer a garment to you, we put it through the stress test. It has to pass before we will sell it to you and we do everything thinkable that a gorilla might do to it. Someone is bound to do one of these things to it and we want our garment to outlast it.
We try to pull it apart. Then we try to squeeze into a size that is way too small.
We wash it in the wrong temperature water then put it on super-duper hot in the dryer. Repeat 10 to 20 times.
Wear it for days on end to see how comfortable it is and what we can do to it to make it more comfortable.
Leave it on the floor and kick it around the house. In winter, it becomes a draft stop under the door and is sometimes used to dust furniture.
Leave it damp in a dirty laundry pile in a basement.
