How long does it take you to fill an order?
Orders placed by noon usually ship the same day but can take up to two business day to ship. UPS 3-Day Select and faster shipping are bumped to the head of the line on heavy shipping days.
If something is not in stock, we'll call you.
Garments are not made to order.
How long will it take you to make my outfit?
All of our clothes are already sewn up and ready to ship to you. We don't make your garment when you order it and we don't take custom orders.
Can we get matching trims on our outfits?
We vary the trims so much it is rare that a gown and a doublet will match trims. This keeps each garment unique so you won't run into yourself at faire and it keeps our quality garments from looking like cookies-cutters from Taiwan.
Does the satin lining match the color of the gown and can we get matching lining in our outfits?
The satin lining is most often a contrasting color. The contrasting color is a period way to lining garments. We also vary the satin so much that it is rare that a gown and a doublet will match. This keeps each garment unique so you won't run into someone else at a faire or event wearing the exact garment you have on.

Do you sell patterns for your dresses?
Yes! The price is $12,000,000 per size, per style. Did you think we'd give away our research for any cheaper? ;)
I'm planning a Medieval Wedding and want to know how to make sure my dresses arrive all right.
For very important occasions like your wedding, please order your outfits as as soon as you know who is going to be your bridesmaids and groomsman. Please don't wait until two weeks before the wedding. Once you have the clothes taken care of, you can concentrate on other things such as flowers, and caterers.
